Kingbird is located in the Watergate Hotel and close to The Kennedy Center which is convenient for shows. The atmosphere is very modern and the service was perfect. The food is wonderful too!!

We had the absolutely best experience. The food was amazing. The service from Brian was phenomenal. The Prosecco was great. Overall it was an amazing high tea. I cannot recommend it enough.

Located next to the Kennedy Center. I reserved a table before my arrival. I ordered a kale salad, salmon and dessert. All were delicious. Great selection of wines, but I ordered a cocktail and bottled water. Service was excellent. The restaurant atmosphere was moderate upscale (business casual) and beautifully decorated. They also have burgers and fries on the menu.

5-stars based on the brunch and breakfast while staying at the hotel. The food was absolutely amazing. We ate here twice and had the fried chicken, pancakes, sausage and biscuits, mussels, and burger. Favorite dishes were the fried chicken and mussels. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, crispy, savory, I couldn't have asked for better breakfast. The service could have been a bit more efficient, but overall the meal was delicious and I would definitely eat again when staying at the hotel.

The staff were amazing! Our server Omar took great care of us. He even suggested great dishes to try to accommodate my food allergy. This place was amazing. The food was amazing the chefs did a great job. When I come back to DC definitely will dine here again. It is definitely worth the price!

What an incredible experience it was to dine at The Kingbird. There name is very fitting as they superseded our expectations. It was a place I would love to visit often if I lived in Washington DC. The French onion soup was absolutely divine and I savored every bite. The fish was cooked to perfection and was perfect. Waiters were impressive & they provided 5 Star service. Truly fine dining experience at its absolute best!

Omakase experience at the bar is a must for a unique date night! Chef prepares everything in front of you and explains each dish and how to eat it. Every item was layers of wonderful flavors. Staff were attentive and helpful. Atmosphere is chic and romantic being set in the famous watergate hotel. Limited time event so get a reservation before the chef moves on.
